Chapola is committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. NOTE: In case of International OrdersReturns/exchanges are accepted only for defective products. Report defects within 7 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the invoice. Domestic Orders: 7-day return/exchange policy
If your order arrives damaged, return or exchange it unused with its original packaging and invoice. Our courier partner will pick it up.
Return Charges:
Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India). Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.
How to Initiate the Refund Process?
Customers should contact Customer Support at TOLL FREE NO.or email info@chapolajewels.com within 7 days of receipt to request a refund.
Steps to Follow:
1. Wait for a confirmation email before returning the product.
2. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unaltered, and unused.
3. Include the invoice/guarantee card in the return package. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
4. For jewelry products, an green locks is provided inside the jewelry box. The jewelry must be returned in its original package, locked with the green locks.
5. Our customer care team will verify the serial number of the green locks before initiating the return.
Note: Refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt.
Refund
Chapola processes refunds once we receive the returned product in unused condition, with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. If these conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible.
Refund Process:
1. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method or cheque (if the original payment method is no longer in use).
2. For online payments, refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product at Chapola’s warehouse.
Domestic Order:
In case of domestic order (where the product is shipped within India) 100% refund will be made.
In case the customer pays online then the amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at our warehouse.
The mode of refund depends on the customer’s choice:
1. If customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & amount will be refunded directly into customer’s account through online transfer as NEFT.
2. If customer doesn’t provide any cancelled cheque then amount will be refunded through cheque that will be sent by courier at the address provided by customer at time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days.
International Order Refund Policy
Chapola will refund the amount for international orders only under the following circumstances:
Defective Product:
1. Returns are accepted only for defective products.
2. The refund process will begin after inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance (QA) team.
3. No shipping charges (to and from) will be applied for defective product returns.
Undelivered Orders:
1. If our logistics partner is unable to deliver the product after repeated attempts due to customer unavailability, we will process a refund.
2. However, shipping costs (both ways), customs duties, and other incurred charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
