Exchange Policy

Easy Exchange Policy

1. Products must be returned within 14 days via www.chapola.in or any Chapola showroom in India.

2. Items must be in original packaging with the bill & product certificate.

3. 100% invoice value will be provided for exchanges within 14 days.

4. Exclusions: Gold/silver coins & bars, gift vouchers, customized ornaments, nose pins, and loose gemstones.

5. Discounts or free gifts will be deducted unless the gift is returned.

6. Follow return instructions (link) to initiate an exchange.

7. Exchange will be processed within 3-7 working days after a quality check.

Lifetime Exchange Program

We offer a lifetime exchange program for purchases made through the Chapola website.

1. Exchange can be done via www.chapola.in or at any Chapola showroom in India.

2. Exchange value is based on the prevailing gold/diamond/platinum rates published in stores/online.

3. For online returns, the exchange value is calculated based on rates at the time the product is received at our warehouse.

4. For in-store returns, the exchange value is based on the store’s current rates.

5. Exchange value is determined by product weight—making charges & GST are non-refundable.
